HVRC case managers bring services, agencies, resources, or people together within a planned framework of action toward the achievement of each client’s treatment and recovery goals. By the time many who enter treatment for substance abuse or co-occurring disorders, they tend to manifest dysfunction in a variety of areas. That being so, case management is one of the most critical tasks of our outpatient client’s counselor or therapist. Case Mangement Tasks
HVRC outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment clients receive case management services that include aspects of the following activities:
HVRC case management coordinates clients with services in an effort to facilitate the client in achieving their treatment goals. Additionally, receiving input from other members of client’s treatment team or professionals who have contact with the client may occur.
